Being involved in sports throughout my life I know the importance of having a healthy lifestyle. By practicing daily habits of physical activity combined with proper nutrition everyone can improve their health and fitness level. Involving yourself with physical activities that you enjoy not only benefits your body, but your mind as well. Give yourself a chance to have fun while exercising and working towards your goals. Making the commitment is how you will achieve the results you have been looking for.

Hobbies and Interests
I enjoy running, volleyball, basketball, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
