Philosophy
As a personal trainer, my goal is to educate clients in every aspect of living a healthy lifestyle. I want to promote healthy living in an enjoyable way so clients can set and reach goals in a stress-free environment. I will assist in designing and implementing exercise programs that will fit the needs of each individual client. This will help you reach your fullest potential as an exerciser.

Client Base
I enjoy training a variety of clients with different goals in mind. These include building muscular strength and endurance, sport specific training, fat loss, nutrition, injury prevention, stress management, flexibility, improving social skills, smoking cessation and other lifestyle changes.

Experience and Credentials
ACSM Health/Fitness Instructor certified B.S. in Education, Major in Exercise Science, University of Nebraska-Lincoln CPR/First Aid certified

Hobbies and Interests
My interests include a variety of activities such as biking, running, weight lifting, swimming, roller-blading, snow skiing, camping, traveling and gardening. I plan to continue my education by trying new things, attending workshops and studying the latest fitness trends. This will, in turn, help my clients reach their fullest potential.
