Josh True Personal Trainer
Philosophy
As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, my philosophy is to improve the performance of athletes so they will be able to attain their maximum potential. I want to help them develop proper technique and form when doing exercises. I want to make the programs individualized for the athletes so they can reach the goals they set. A combination of strength training, agility training, endurance training, speed training, or plyometrics can be used to reach peak performance. I enjoy watching an athlete’s progress through their programs and develop.
Biography
I grew up in Bloomfield, Nebraska. I am attending Nebraska Wesleyan University, pursuing a B.S. degree in Athletic Training, which I will complete in May of 2003. After completing my undergraduate studies I plan on pursuing a Masters degree in Exercise Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. In my spare time I enjoy athletics, weight training, biking, swimming, camping, and woodworking.
