Dan Jasa Personal Trainer
Philosophy
My philosophy as a trainer is to pass along the knowledge that I have gained to the athletes that I train. I will train them to achieve their goals through various types of training, focusing on proper form and technique. I believe that teaching proper form and technique will benefit the athletes later down the line by allowing them to achieve goals higher than what they believed was possible. Each program is individualized to meet the sport specific needs of the athletes I work with to maximize the time that is spent with them. I like watching the athletes progress through their programs and seeing the looks on their faces when they achieve the goals that they have set.
Biography
I grew up in St. Edward, Nebraska. I went to St. Edward H.S. where I competed in football, track, and powerlifting. Presently I am attending Nebraska Wesleyan Univeristy pursuing a B.S. in Athletic Training, which I will complete in December. I will eventually want to work towards my masters in Exercise Science or Human Performance. At Nebraska Wesleyan I played football for four years, and competed in track (shot, discus, and hammer) for four years. In track I was an eight-time All-GPAC performer, a two-time NCAA Div. In my free time I enjoy, working on/riding motorcycles, track, raquetball, lifting weights, hunting, and fishing.
