Speed Development/Sprint Training including NFL Combine Training

Speed Development - Training for explosiveness with plyometrics. Plyometrics would consist of stationary jumps - double leg jumps, single leg jumps (right and left), lunge jumps (right and left), squat jumps, rocket jumps, no arm jumps, Russian jumps. Along with Plyometrics, I will be doing Bounding. Bounding is single leg (right and left), alternating , triple jump ( both legs), double leg,and long jump tech.

Sprint Training - Training consists of sprint drills, running technique - the claw technique - using the arms, zone running - with cones, speed endurance - short sprints and over distancing, resistance running, assisted running, coming out of the blocks (track), short relay exchanges ( for groups )

NFL Combine Training - Training for the: 40 yard - working on 10 yards and 20 yards, Vertical jump, Standing board jump, Box drill, "L" drill, Pro agility (15 yard shuttle),and number of rep at 225 - could change this one. I will be teaching proper technique on all of the drills. We will be running the athletes through these drills as well. Then we will set up a "Tryout Camp" about a month later to check progress. Also, position specific to all positions if scheduled.

All Training held at Bison Youth Sports Center (710 Hill St.) or Northeast High School Track (63rd and Adams)

Cost: $60 per session; 3 sessions- $155; 6 sessions- $280; and 9 sessions - $340; and 12 sessions - $390
Group Rates: (Participants must have similar goals and abilities)

4 Client Group Training Discount - 50% Per Person
